What gets logged
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records the visitor IP address, browser type and requested address in its logs. We rely on this for security and delivery, under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor. We also count page views, taps, scrolling and time on page through our own server (nautivia.app), with a random number that exists only while the page is open: nothing is stored on your device and nothing you type is sent.
What there is none of
No cookies, no accounts, no forms, no advertising trackers and no profiling. We sell and share no data.
Analytics
Microsoft Clarity (clicks, scrolls, session replay with text masked) and Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic sources) run cookieless, so we can see what helps. Microsoft and Google process this for us and may transfer it outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs cookieless too.
Cameras and outbound links
Camera pictures load straight from HAK servers, so your browser contacts HAK at that moment. Our system fetches the same public pictures server-side to estimate how full the lanes are; it keeps them for up to 14 days for calibration, then deletes them. At that resolution neither plates nor faces are readable, we identify no vehicles or people, and we keep no record about any individual. Links to Jadrolinija and VesselFinder lead to their sites, where their policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection, and the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP). Write to us with any request.
Accessibility
We aim at WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site works without JavaScript, survives 400% zoom, shows a visible focus ring and puts timetables in real tables. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will fix it.
